Group Buy Heating Oil Program: By joining our Group Buy Heating Oil Program, you agree to receive notifications and updates about group buying opportunities, oil level monitoring, and refilling services.

Web Camera: As part of our Services, we provide a free web camera for real-time monitoring of your heating oil levels and basement conditions. A deposit is required for the camera, which will be refunded upon the return of the camera.

Monitoring and Refills: We will monitor your heating oil levels and provide updates when your oil level reaches between 3/8 to 1/2 remaining. We will also provide the lowest available price for refills in your area.

5. Payments

Deposits and Fees: You agree to pay any fees or deposits required for our Services, including the deposit for the web camera. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated except the deposit fee for the web camera.

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and electronic transfers. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase.

6. Refunds

Web Camera Deposit: The deposit for the web camera will be refunded upon the return of the camera in good working condition. The refund will be processed within 60 days of receiving the returned camera. User pays the return shipping fee.

Service Fees: Service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms or required by law.

7. User Responsibilities

Compliance: You agree to use the Website and Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

· Using the Website or Services for any unlawful purpose.

· Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

· Interfering with or disrupting the Website or Services or servers or networks connected to the Website or Services.

· Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website or Services or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Website or Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold PaylessOil.us and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages, or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with or arising from any third-party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, or demands asserted against any of them as a result of or relating to your use of the Website or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, USA., without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before making any claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at  info@paylessoil.us

Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Website and Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Website and Services will cease immediately.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PaylessOil.us regarding the use of the Website and Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
