4. What is the deposit for the web camera? A deposit is required for the web camera we provide to monitor your oil levels. This deposit ensures that the camera will be used for future oil ordering. The deposit will be refunded once you return the camera in good working condition.

5. How do I install the web camera? After you sign up, we will send you the web camera along with installation instructions. You need to install the camera in your basement or near your heating oil tank and connect it to your Wi-Fi network for real-time monitoring.

6. Who pays for the return shipping of the web camera? The user is responsible for the return shipping fee when returning the web camera for a refund of the deposit.
